Save the Bay, Save the Skipjack Ida May! will be on display at the Delmarva Discovery Center in Spring/Summer 2011.
We are very happy to announce this upcoming exhibition at the DDC in Pocomoke!
Save the Bay, Save the Skipjack Ida May! is a cultural preservation/educational exhibit that will be on display at the Delmarva Discovery Center in Spring/Summer 2011. The exhibit will include the physical docking of historic Skipjack Ida May outside the Center, a program of educational and community events, and an interactive, audio-visual installation inside the Museum. The audio-visual installation will be comprised of artifacts, interviews, the research and documentation gathered throughout the restoration process.
